Meet Dr. DeeAnne Egan!
DiaMind DeeAnne Egan Returns from Gold Retreat
Dr. DeeAnne Egan, DiaMind and new Gold Director, recently attended the USANA Gold Retreat for 3 days in Park City, UT. We want to Congratulate DeeAnne for her hard work and dedication!
These are DeeAnne's thoughts from the Gold Retreat;
" Personally, I have found Usana to be a marriage between my professional background (health, sports psychology and athletics) and my heart's desire to truly make a difference in peoples' lives.
The Gold Retreat shows you the heart of Usana. You get to see first hand the value the corporate staff places on their associates personally and financially. Personally, they make a commitment to develop friendships with each one of us and let us know they'll be a friend through "thick and thin"; and, financially they spend the money to equip, train and celebrate us. I have never been part of an organization who went to such lengths to serve the people who are working for them. I left the Gold retreat feeling like I had been sincerely honored, valued, and appreciated.
The Gold Retreat revealed the importance of my need to commit to personal growth. I have areas in my life that I need to grow and the workshops at the Gold Retreat helped reveal this much more effectively than other experiences before.
The Gold Retreat is the prep to renew the vision to make the starting line of Diamond Director. I remember Hubert Krause sharing at Convention a couple of years ago that the starting line in Usana is Diamond Director. Given what and where our company is in the marketplace today, Usana's future is very bright. Diamond Director is certainly a necessary mile post if I am to effectively share the vision of Dr. Wentz."
